Busan Korean BBQ

Busan was pretty good. We went for the dinner a little later on a Saturday, had about a 15 minute wait. Our favorite part was the steak. Really tender and flavourful. The bacon was also really good. The selection of veggies does seem limited, but we went for the meat anyway. We found the house sauces too spicy, but having the garlic to roast was nice. Overall would go back for a fun time out.

It is an all you can eat place ran by Chinese/Taiwanese people, not Korean. The meat quality is just so so to me but you can't expect too much out of an all you can eat place especially for $25 a head. The service was good until the end when they sort of forgotten about the last couple of orders and asked us about dessert. I am not from the area so I can't say if there are better ones around but I will need to find a reason to come back here.

A nice spot for entry level premium BBQ. The selection of all you can eat items is quite diverse. From corn to sausage. Might well be the only table top grilling restaurant in the area.

Went here for a special occasion a d thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very clean establishment with plenty of seating. They had a good amount of menu options including beef, short ribs, calamari, zucchini, chicken, shrimp . Staff was friendly and attentive. If you enjoy Korean BBQ style food then I recommend you visit this place!

Great Korean Bbq experience in Kitchener Waterloo! Was very quiet when we went, they have a lot of options and staff were very attentive.

Quality of the meat and flavour of the seasoning are average, overall OK for an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, especially considering we're not in GTA. One minor downside is the grill: it's hard to adjust and often way too hot, which burns the meat easily. To make things worse, the grill plate is not very well oiled and there's no self-service oil on the table, so you have to be careful and change the grill often.

Great restaurant and great prices. One of my favorite restaurants! You get a grill right at your table which is cool too.

This is a all you can Korean BBQ restaurant. Went with my family for a dinner for the first time and the experience was so good. Staff were really helpful and their service were exceptionally great. Prices were reasonable and if you pay by cash, you can get a 10% discount too. Recommend this restaurant with five stars and will definitely return.

The staff are quite nice and very accomodating!! The food is SO good !! I've returned to this restaurant many times ....its very consistent . YOU MUST TRY IT !!! YUM!!

An all you can eat restaurant where you cook your own food on a grill in the centre of your table. Ordering the house sauce for an extra 2 bucks is a must, as it is extremely delicious. Great place for lunch as its nearly half the price of dinner. Could use a few more seafood options but overall a memorable experience

Went as a party of 4 to this place. Was very busy on a Saturday evening but service was quite fast regardless and the food kept flowing. Great selection of meats, veggies, and sides. Their kimchi was only 'okay'. Had a great time here though would go again.

I came for the Monday Lunch and the service was fast and exceptional. Food came out quick and ready for us to cook. The servers were attentive and cleaned empty dishes whenever they could and made sure everything was good. Food was delicious and good amount of options for lunch. Great place and an interactive way to eat!

Always enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clean restaurant. We always receive what we have ordered quickly even when it is busy with lots of people.

For the price, I would much prefer an AYCE Sushi restaurant instead. The menu is tiny and they don't give you any explanation of the whole process. The grills are small and poorly shaped, making it difficult to share. I would try a different Korean BBQ restaurant but would not visit this one again.

I've been here twice, and each time I've had to try to calm my stomach because of everything I've eaten. It's so worth the AYCE price it's rediculous. The amount of choice in meats and seafood are limited, but the quality is worth it. The wait staff are a hit or miss, depending on how busy it is. Thankfully both times I've gone, it's been rather prompt. I heard from my eating buddy that there have been times where he's waiting for a refill the entire time. Definitely put this in your list, because it's too good.

If you are looking for a night out to have "all you can eat meat", this is the place. The price is reasonable given that the grocery price has gone up so much lately. However, if you are familiar with Korean food, you will be disappointed. None of what they served us was Korean food. I spoke to the server who confirmed that it is not Korean food. Even side dishes were not eatable.I should give them a fair rate though since they complied to my request to deduct the amount of my portion on the final bill. This is the first time I asked not to be charged for a meal simply because I could not eat any of them. This doesn't mean that you wont enjoy it. My expectation could have been higher as I am used to how Korean food normally tastes. It is a good place for a fun night out if you are not picky with Korean cuisine and on a budget. Enjoy!

If you’re used to expensive Korean barbecue restaurants at Yonge and Finch, this is not the place for you. The meat is thin and marinated, so this is more accurately defined as Japanese barbecue. For the $20ish total per person all you can eat, however, it’s hard to find a better place.

Reasonably priced AYCE meat. Bit of work, though, and takes practice to get the cooking right.

Generally pretty good but some items like the chicken were way too salty and we could not eat it and were charged extra for it!

Very fun atmosphere and the food is always great. Service could improve a bit but nothing to be upset over. The ribs are often a little too tough for my taste but great in flavour.

Neet experience. All food comes raw and You cook it on a fire pit in your table. All you can eat you just order more of what you want. Lots of fun service was amazing.

Actually pretty good Korean BBQ spot. We like these "grill your own meat" restaurants. There are several in TO and one Burlington that we've been in the past, and this one in Waterloo is almost as good.The meat selection is varied, well spiced and marinated, kimchi, pickled radishes and cucumbers are tasty. And the staff is very attentive and friendly. The only drawbacks to this restaurant today is the heat and noise inside. We couldn't hear ourselves without leaning in, and the AC could have been set below 30 degrees. We were actually sweating! Were it not for the noisy and hot atmosphere, I would have given this place 5*.We'll return some other time, hopefully it will be a little more relaxing.

The staff was very friendly. Answered all our questions, and we had many. Walked us through what we had to do. Food was fresh and good. It was very busy at lunch, which is always a good sign. The ice cream at the end of the meal really topped it off.

Busan is so fun, especially if you get the late night special! For slightly more than 20 dollars (after tax) I managed to stuff my face and stomach with more food than I ever have before. Talk about value! Its also really tasty and a really fun place to come with friends. Just remember to starve yourselves for about a day beforehand.

Good selection of food you can cook and many veggies to choose from to compliment the meal

A really nice place for Korean BBQ. One thing that i would like to highlight is that they got a new ventilation system. Now the restaurant is no longer smoky!

Waiter charged us 20 extra for uneatten food which is fair but on top of that also charged us an extra 10$ for service? And I'm still expected to tip when though it's 25.99 per person and I had to pay $100+ for only 2 people. Two people. Very shady service. Do not recommend.

Starting with good part, 1 point for the food was good, well marinated meat and 2nd point service was fast enough. Now negative side, no proper menu with pictures plus not much on the list of items. 2nd their service was not pleasing and most annoying part while they were clearing out empty tables, they were tossing the dishes away into a cart beside us making loud noises in an aggressive manner. Another minus for not much clean setting and all the dinnerware were cracked/chipped/scratched.In conclusion, good way to experience meat while you grill it yourself, but not a comfortable atmosphere and also bit pricey at least for dinner.

Fun and enjoyable experience. Tasty food. Though the cuts of meat are on the cheap side. I wouldn't come here expecting the highest quality or a large amount of choice. As mentioned before, the cuts of meat are not the greatest or anything to write home about. The price is OK for waht you get..........which is the meh cuts of meat. That is all. Review concluded.

Best BBQ in town in IMO. I drive all the way from London to have this. Love the Ribs. The spice powder they provide is aweosme! Take cash when you go here and earn 10% discount automatically. Please do not waste food and Order extra. They will charge you back for that.

Very decent Korean BBQ. Fantastic to have this in the KW area. Fun and interactive. I love cooking food with friends with great variety, delicious banchan and no cleanup when we're done!

The taste was ok to be honest but they really need to improve the quality of iron plate, I mean they just getting dark so quickly.

Not a lot to say. The food was okay, service was nothing special. Wasn't a huge fan of having to cook all of my own food, and because it's AYCE the prices are high. Would prefer AYCE sushi over this.
